The resort was beautiful. The beach, the pool were fantastic and the rooms were good. They offered some good excursions and the kids club team were great with our daughter. On the negative side, Andilana Beach Resort targets a very specific demographic, Italians. This should have been highlighted as everything was in Italian, including all the entertainment, which limited our enjoyment. The language barrier was also a bit of a challenge, as we spoke very little Italian and most of the staff spoke limited English. The food was also specific to the demographic with more pasta and pizza on offer than we could handle. There were a few other options, but the quality was average. The resort could benefit from incorporating more local cuisine more regularly. We did get local options on the excursions, which was really good. Overall, the resort was great, the staff were great, but we struggled with the fact that everything was in Italian, which we did not expect from a French speaking territory.

Excellent service!

Excellent way to end my time in Madagascar. The staff were extremely friendly and very eager to speak English with me. I enjoyed the time of year, slow season, meant it was very quiet. Would definitely return! Beware--they most free bottled water, but this is not the case. You mist purchase bottled water or drink it by the glass from the bar and restaurants.

Not too bad for the money. Little Italy in Mada.

Allthough Italians oriented resort we found it a lovely place to relax and unwind after our travels through the Nosy Be and Nosy Komba hotels. It felt very european and we loved it. Beach was big and clean, crystal clear water in the sea and hige fresh water pool for the evening. Food was ok, wuite big selection but when contrasted ith what local cafes in the region offer it was quite bland and not necessarily freshest. Room was cool and clean. Had no issues with the language as all the staff was able to help and explain stuff in italo-english mix. Water was 2.5ā‚¬ per big bottle so that was crazy but expected. We got Somekind Of promo and paid 190ā‚¬ per night for all inclusive for 2 people and it felt alright proce for what weā€™ve got.

Hotel needs updating. Pool has no shade. The grounds are nice though. Food was mid-grade cafeteria food and there is no village nearby. We realized that Ambatoloaka would have been better. Not a place we would stay again. The Bravo Club people were very annoying. The local employees working there were mostly very nice.

Struttura davvero molto bella. Spiaggia divisa in parte relax e parte piĆ¹ movimentata. Animazione presente ma non invadente. Camere ampie. Cibo buono anche se un poā€™ ripetitivo. MARE E SPIAGGIA sono le piĆ¹ belle di nosy be (abbiamo visitato anche altri villaggi ma non sono lontanamente paragonabili). Resort pulito ovunque. Nonostante ciĆ², tutti e dico tutti, hanno avuto problemi intestinali pertanto mettetelo in conto. Aspetto negativo ma non relativo allā€™hotel: una continua richiesta di mance davvero snervante!

HĆ“tel qui se pretend 4 Ć©toiles mais qui ne l'est pas... Il y a de vrais 4 etoiles Ć  Nosy Be. Le problĆØme, c'est que le prix facturĆ© est excessif. La chambre est petite et vĆ©tuste (la salle de bain a Ć©tĆ© mal refaite). Les repas sous forme de buffet sont rĆ©pĆ©titifs et peu qualitatif ( 1 seul repas avec de la charcuterie et du fromage sur une semaine). Seul point tres positif : le site est trĆØs joli. Conseils : choisissez un autre hĆ©bergement pour ce tarif.
