I had a nice room, clean, bright and airy. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the complimentary tea and coffee tray included a couple of juice boxes and brunch bars which was a very nice for a non hot drinks person like me. I did struggle to get the TV to change channels and switch on and off and I couldn't get the WiFi password to work but these were not of great importance to me.

Great hotel, close to the football stadium and easy access to city centre. Rooms clean and comfortable, some minor areas of room needs redecorating. Bathrooms very clean and good powerful shower. The breakfast is vegetarian, well presented with plenty to eat. The only thing the website and room guide does not mention is breakfast times.

As for the very nice and friendly excellent, as for the guest who was staying there , it was a horrible night people playing load music all night drunken people running up and the staircase just a nasty experience, i was really tired and needed rest I got angry with this nasty experience I left and slept in my car, I'm hoping to find a better place to rest tonight as I've gotta stay hear one more night , never again that hotel
