Our trip was nice. Staff was nice however only reason we shops hotel was for the hot tub. We arrived no hot tub sooo very disappointed it was advertised and not there when arrived.

The staff could not possibly have been more helpful or responsive. Both days, different staff, and everyone of them was friendly and helpful. There are some renovations going on, but that didn’t impact our stay.
