For the more adventurous, Ranworth Broad is close by, where you can take a nature trail through woodland and marshland, and Sprowston Manor golf course (18 hole) is approx 5 miles away. Visit Norwich city with its excellent shops, pubs and restaurants and stunning cathedral. With its castle, churches, theatre and art galleries there is something for the whole family. For the enthusiasts, in season, fishing is available from the property (subject to a current licence being held). The Wiillows Wroxham
An exceptional bungalow, by the water. Very clean. Were greeted on arrival by very nice people with kettle boiling. Fishing was good. Had a lovely week. Short walk to he shops. Could not wish for a better place. Extremely happy will go again. Had an excellent meal at the Ferry Boat Inn Horning.
