The Quality In has recently been updated, and was very comfortable. Located next to everything, it was quiet, convenient and cost effective. The staff was very helpful and we would return again if in the area.

The room was ultra-clean and fixtures new. Air conditioning was greeat as well, with the heat outside in the 90's. The desk agent was also great, as I left my telephone behind and she called my daughter who then called my partner. We were just a short distance from the hotel and returned for it

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
When we drove up the property looked so bad we didn’t bother to check in. My wife read a review stating bed bugs were found on the property. We decided to eat the cost of the room and checked into a hotel across the street that was well maintained and clean. We have stayed in Choice hotels in the past, none looked like this one. It is disappointing that Choices quality has slipped to this level.

Im the only guest I made reservations for and if the dude at the desk saw i was in a 2 queen room but caught the mistake of booking a single queen and still unchanged me on their mistake then why would he make someone a key tht isn't on the reservation when I'm not there? If there is any damage or smoking then I get charged for it. This is unacceptable all the way around. And to go in rooms to take things and party is not ok and I would like to have my money back at the very least but I'm sure this will all go against me. So much goes on there its unreal
