We loved everything about this hotel - the property itself, staff was very helpful, food was delicious and service in restaurants impeccable, room was cleaned perfectly every day. Both the regular and hot springs pools were great. Got an excellent massage at the spa too! Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Arenal area.

My husband and I stayed here with our kids (ages 10-21) and the whole family loved it! The resort was clean, well kept, had beautiful views around every corner. The thermal springs are both easy to get to and tucked away and despite the busy tourism week, never felt overcrowded.
