Cleanliness is non-existent. Dirty staircase, dirty walls in my room and bathroom. Common areas were never cleaned while I was there including used towels laying in the pool area and arcade for 3 days I was there. Never seen anyone vacuuming. Just very dirty. I asked for xtra pillows at the front desk and the guy gave me stained pillows with no pillowcase on them. Very discusting place.

I must say this. I called 24hrs early to ask if ok to check in at 2pm & on day of & was accommodated. Entered our room & our bathrooms mirror was so dirty i went to my car & brought in window cleaner to clean it. Floor had a large puddle of dirty water. Will admit the Bed was comfortable & looked clean. Pool area was seriously disheveled dirty towels everywhere & know where to put them into. Pool was clean looked nice but couldn't swim due to being cold? Outside in parking lot 1/3 of parking lot lights were not working, very dark in lot. 1 other note, the women at front desk where very polite & helped me with information on question i asked about local area.

Room was in very poor condition.

The room was in very poor condition. A chair was broken, extremely rusty luggage rack, toilet barely flushed, mold on the shower ceiling. Very much in disrepair. There is no hot tub, despite it being advertised. Roo. As advertised as sleeping five, with two twin beds and no couch.

This place is like a dump!! Do not stay here! Rooms smell, the bathroom was gross esp the bathtub - had hair in it and it was just grossly dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in eons! This place looks straight out of the 70’s and hasn’t been updated at all! I do not recommend staying here! FYI - don’t make reservations on this site if you plan to stay - they’ll claim they didn’t get your reservation and make you pay almost double the price for a room!

Got there really late due to a fishing trip and they still had my room ready. Really old building so there are no elevators and couldn’t climb stairs so was given a different room on the first floor. The room was out dated with broken or rusty fixtures but they are currently updating building. I woke up in the morning and noticed dirty sheets. This is a nice place for families with children. There is a 1’ pool for younger kids, an arcade, and playground all together indoors. Breakfast was a hot buffet with eggs, French toast sticks, country potatoes, biscuits and gravy , yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and waffles, The receptionists were nice and the cookies at checkout were nice.

The general condition of the property is so-so. It needs some TLC. my room, #125, was clean and very nice. Tha extra fees for earlier check-in, if my room is ready, is ridiculous. If i were the owner, id reconsider that policy. Overall, id probably stay here again.

Not for someone who can’t climb stairs. But cheap

Property doesn’t have elevator, Thou I booked for 3 ppl, I had to go and pick additional towels, face tissues. Good part is they provided them quickly on request. There is a bar and restaurant and good food available at reasonable price. You get veg options as well. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner.. probably it wasn’t vacuumed and smelled

Unfortunately our stay was not very good- the room we were sent to was not the room I had booked because we booked a room on the second floor this one was on the first floor which would be fine but this room was disgusting.. I found grease on the walls, the phone ( which was between the bed and the table) we found a bottle of sauce on the other side tucked in the corner. There was stains on the side of the mattress that i could not even fathom what it could be. I Underneath the edge of the bed was a breeze canva which I have two kiddos with me I was upset due to the fact my toddler could have ingested that. When I brought the bag of disgusting items up to front desk we were changed rooms ( great, thank goodness) but then I was charged for that room even though I paid through expedia and now have to wait 5 days for the refund. Safe to say, never ever ever will I stay here again.

The pool and hot tub area are updated and beautiful. It looks great. Breakfast area was clean and a good variety. Rooms were clean but very outdated bathrooms shower and bathtub were old and needed a lot of TLC. The entrance way to our room was in bad shape as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

There was no fire detector in our room. One of the bed's had hair under the comforter and we did not use that bed. The little Dove toiletries were half empty. The hot tub was closed down and this was not mentioned on their website. Not enough food at breakfast and there was still 45 mins left of breakfast time frame.

The receptionist was very friendly and thanked me for pre-checking in. The room was clean and comfortable. Only minor issue was a loose toilet seat. The pool was a perfect temperature - the small kiddie pool was warmer. You can see the construction details with a few old bedframes outside rooms in the large pool atrium. You have to get pool towels at the front desk. The hot tub has been removed and the hotel description needs to be updated. The play areas and game room were nice. Breakfast was simple but filling.

Housekeeping did not service room after being asked to. We had 4 people in our room and they only gave us 2 towels. Had to go back down to the desk and ask for towels after asking for Housekeeping to service room earlier in the day. Only towels they had available were the pool towels. Advertised a hot tub, did not have a hot tub. Room was in need of a deep cleaning, and repairs. Would not stay here again.
