I would have given it 5 stars if the indoor pool had not been under construction, but everything else was on point. And the young lady who was working at the front desk was only on the job for 3 days and did a great job. My only other issue is once I left the room. The key would not opened my door so I would have to go to the front office every time to have my key reactivated.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room and hotel were clean. Issue: the "platform" for the beds had a crevice or opening behind head of mattresses....we saw saw seversl tissues and other items. Design flaw!

Everything was great and the place was really nice, but we didn’t know that the pool was closed until we had already booked it and were checking in. I think they really should have that updated online. Luckily they let us use the residence Inn pool, which was outdoor and nice, but made it very crowded. it shows that there is a bar, but they only serve beer and wine, but it does have a nice little convenience market that you could buy your own snacks and drinks and the room has a decent view windows open and clean amenities.

I needed a room for graduation and this was perfect! Super close to the school & the staff were all so sweet. They even gave the graduates a gift bag at check in that included a signed letter from all the staff wishing us luck with graduation & beyond.
