Very good service. Great area. Fun activities for kids on site. Very nice pool and hot tub area. The king bed in our executive one BR condo was very uncomfortable. Terrible pillows. Box spring on murphy bed was very well-used, some panelling off in kitchen, door shades and handle to patio not working. A lot to like, but room was in need of updating and minor repairs.

This place was so nice. Nicer then my old apartment. The area was beautiful and so much to explore in the area. We stayed in summer and also took the gondola and enjoyed the alpin slides!

Charlie's is too high class or trying to be too high class for the property. The property needs a snack bar or somewhere to get just a burger and fries or a cup of coffee to go.

Stinky Stay!

We stayed in a bottom-floor room at Eagles Ridge. The room had a strong smell, and the carpet by the bathroom was damp, as if groundwater was getting in. The pool and hot tub were nice for relaxing, but the sauna was out of order, requiring us to have the attendant reset it daily. We plan on returning, but we will choose a different room or place altogether.

Great resort right near all of the Lutsen Mountain activities. The room was modern and had a great view of the mountain. The shower hot water was the only issue. Didn't stay warm for very long. Otherwise, great stay and convenient to get to all of the North Shore attractions.

Eagle Ridge has unfriendly booking policies, limited dining options with challenges between wait staff and kitchen, no cafe options for the morning, shower was full of mildew…just not a great experience. They’re working on improving things, and it shows. There’s just a long way to go.
