This is a residential property in a residential area. I paid £60.00 online, arrived at the accomodation and could not get in. Called "Paul" whom told me he'll give me the pass code to get in, he never responded. I was ripped off £60! Text him for refund, still no reply. Its been over a month. Avoid at All cost!!!!

This is a residential house with keypad entry to house and room. The former was difficult and only operable after a conversation with owner who cut in when i pressed the door bell. It is in a quite cul de sac and neighbours both glared at us and complained about where we parked. Inside was clean but it was not clear what could be used in the shared kitchen. Good value but use only if you like that type of accomodation.

The property was ideal. Clean. Homely. Welcoming. Beautiful. Better than my Ibis experience. I felt.Paul the personnel was exceptional. He was guiding me from beginning to end. He gave support and showed interest. Very professional. I would recommend anyone anytime. I felt rested. Place so peaceful.

Slept in a kitchen cupboard.

Booked a single room. I was given a room 5foot x 10 foot. It opened onto a shared kitchen. Very noisy and felt liked sleeping in the kitchen cupboard. Bathroom upstairs shared by the eight rooms. This is an extended detached dwelling house, in a cul de sac.

Good product for the price charged

My thanks to Paul who assisted with my entry to the property having a remote reception. The condition of the house was very clean and modern and the facilities good enough for a reasonable night's sleep, all one can realistically expect for the price. One's own bathroom and toilet would have been better but something has to give for the excellent price.

Really helpful owner, especially as I was arriv No late - instructions were clear and worked (importantly) - amenities were good nice touch with juices and cereals downstairs. Overall well presented - just let down by the main room bulb not working and the shower door was broken so wouldn’t open/close well Fix those minor things and it was a reasonable bargain for a overnight bed
