DEPOSIT POLICY : This is an acknowledgment of your request for accommodation. A deposit has been received. Your payment is applicable to the fulfillment of your designated length of stay. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION :
Cancellation - must be in writing, Cancellation made 60 days or more
100% refund less credit card fees incurred; 30 days or more – 50 % refund less credit card fees incurred and less than 30 days NO refund. Please take out travel insurance. For Christmas and New Year, cancellations must be made
for more than 60 days 100% refund; for within 60 days - 50% refund; for less than 45 days NO refund.

***Booking Rules***

— 5 nights minimum stay required

— 7 nights minimum and full occupancy rate required over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's week

— Owner requires a refundable cleaning and damages deposit of $1,000

— Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay
