The open-concept living area includes comfortable seating, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player with movies, a stereo system, and a private lanai where you can unwind with sweeping views and the sounds of the shoreline.

Fully Equipped:
The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and all the necessary appliances and tools, including a dishwasher, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for added convenience.
Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, conditioners, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Callie Kai is ideally located next to Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and Upstairs Restaurant, offering convenient dining options from casual beach bites to upscale dinners. A charming coffee shop at Kaibo serves fresh pastries and espresso every morning. Rum Point, less than a mile away, provides additional beaches, water excursions, and Red Sail Sports activities, including snorkelling, scuba diving, and stingray trips.

Due to limited public transportation in Cayman Kai, a rental car is highly recommended for convenience and flexibility.
Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Grocery stores such as Foster’s Express and Chisholm's Grocery are a 15–20 minute drive away.
Note: Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but restaurants and gas stations remain open. Grocery delivery prior to arrival is available by request. Some gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Check In & Check Out:
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code 2 days before check in. Arrival is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival. Check out is self service, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.
Travel Insurance:
For extra peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (August–October), to help protect against unexpected trip interruptions.
