Great house with quiet neighbors and close to everything for all the ages! Everything in perfect working condition and plenty of dishes. Please bring your own water because not the best drinking and cooking water in the area. Hosts were very responsive and nice and pleasant and provided with phone numbers when we got there. Good recommendation for sunset view. We did found the ice cream place that not on the list of recommended places to go but was homemade and sooo good and very cheap Sweet Scoops very close by and Little Brooklyn cafe with great homemade food and very cheap!

The host was very responsive to messages and considerate with extras like shampoo and laundry soap. The house is located in a neighborhood with pickleball and basketball in a nearby park; grocery stores, bakeries, and shopping within minutes. Several beaches to choose from within 30 minutes.
