BEACH & POOL: Our home is a short 1 mile drive to the beach, and there is free parking at the beach as well as a free shuttle bus to the beach in season.   



It is a gorgeous stretch of beach and they also offer banana boat rides from the beach in summertime!   We also have a huge 2.2 acre saltwater pool and oversized hot tub just downstairs from the condo that is included with all stays!  It is the LARGEST POOL IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH! 



Enjoy a sunset sail from the marina, and a fun calabash seafood dinner with friends listening live music at the Marina Bar & Grill located just steps from the condo and pool.  Our home has it all for a true vacation in style, where you can relax with the ultimate view overlooking the waterway and marina from the pool deck.  



DINING AND ATTRACTIONS: Our home is perfect for those that love to get out and about and explore on vacation.  From mini golf to lazer tag to live music, there is something for everyone in this part of town.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the first floor.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.



The Neighborhood:

Located directly on the waterway in Barefoot Resort, our guests enjoy being in the heart of town and close to the area`s newest and best attractions.  Walk along the marina admiring the boats, enjoy a cold cocktail on our expansive patio, or relax in style indoors as our condo is a paradise all its own!



Ladies can shop until you drop at Barefoot Landing just across the water and Tanger Outlets just down the street, while others can take part in a round of golf at the world famous Fazio, Norman, and Love courses at Barefoot!  



This home is located in the southern part of North Myrtle Beach, making it a perfect central location to enjoy all the Myrtle Beach attractions such as the SkyWheel and Boardwalk as well as all that North Myrtle Beach offers!

Uber and Lyft fast, affordable, and readily available!

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

**Please Note-Unit is for sale. There could possibly be a 5 to 10 minute showing during the stay. Guests will be notified in advance and are allowed to be in the unit or vacate. The realtor will lock up when they leave.**



House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
