It was ok

Furniture was broken and sparse. Not enough seating for a family of 4. When it stormed we had to buy batteries for remotes to watch tv. For the price paid I shouldn’t have to worry about stripping beds etc. It was close to the beach and the shared pool. The house was ok, the location was better. Could use some cleaning ( the walls, vents, and fan blades) and updating so I would for sure remove the word modern from the description.

Spacious, comfortable home Plus walking distance to beach! Nice layout, well stocked with basic supplies. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.
