This 3 bedroom / 3 Bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, DW, Washer & Dryer, Jacuzzi in Master Bath, TVs in all rooms. The oceanfront balcony spreads across the entire width of the condo with access from Living Room & Master Bedroom. On April, 2018, Cherry Grove was voted the best beach in South Carolina in USA TODAY's 10 Best Readers' Choice contest. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, waterspouts & fishing are all in close proximity to Sunrise Pointe. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be immediately evicted. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Our myrtle beach stay
Our stay at Myrtle Beach was fun! The condo was in a great location and was the perfect size for our family of 5.
The condo needs to be deep cleaned, and the living room furniture and patio furniture need to be replaced. I also think it would be a nice touch to have a "starter kit", toliet paper, paper towel roll, dish liquid, a few laundry pods, and sponge.
This was a nice touch in other places we have rented
Overall it was a positive experience

The condo was wonderful! It has amazing views, enough space for several people & a very convenient location. The only negative is that it needs a deep clean for the corners and louvered doors.

Beautiful view and spacious condo
The view from parking deck and condo were amazing. Very convenient parking, elevators easy to access and plenty of luggage carts. Hot tub was a 1 foot deep small circle in concrete. Although due to COVID we couldn’t use the pool and hot tub I was very disappointed in the hot tub. Spacious condo, living room furniture a bit low to ground to get out of but overall very nice place!

love the location and the building
I love the location! Joe McMillan and associates are great to work with. The condo needs new living room furniture. it is sooo uncomfortable. brought balcony furniture in to sit on. Beds are comfortable. can't wait to go back.
VRBO fees are outragious. I would recommend renting through McMillan Realty
