The unit was not very clean and needed several repairs. Pool closed all but 2 days of our stay.

Not very pleased with this particular stay. Will not stay at Sea Marsh again. I have always loved Cherry Grove area but was disappointed this trip. Unit in great location but very ran down and the pool being closed was terrible. That was one of the main reasons we chose this unit but only had access 2 days. Parking was also an issue. We never had access to parking in the property. We had the 2 car limit but the lot was always full. I have used Elliott reality multiple times but this time I was disappointed unfortunately.

Sea Marsh 1 Shortcomings

Very Old and outdated, not very well kept. Many Vertical Blinds missing Family Room TV too small, Streaming Audio Volume too low at Max Setting, Streaming Video too dark and not adjustable. No Handicap features in showers and toilets. Wasn't told about linen service requirement until we reported no linens and towels to Elliott Realty Wallpaper torn, loose, or missing. Old locks very hard to open, lower took many tries before unlocking, need updating. No garbage bags for kitchen. No inside unit Garbage disposal, had to walk across street to put out Garbage. This unit was nothing like our Hilton Head Island rentals with you. Not a good deal at all. VCR/DVD Player not compatible with TV.(ROKU TV's are not very good) Some light bulbs were out. Food on/under Dining Room Table(Cleaning Service did not do a good job anywhere) Master Bathroom and Shower was dirty(Poor Cleaning Service) Overall, this was the worst rental experience we have had over a 30 year period.
