GOOD: Great communication with host. Proximity/access to the oceanfront. Great mixture/size of bedrooms and baths. Easy check in and out.Needs improvement: The bathroom in the master bedroom on first floor needs a privacy door. Carpet needs to be replaced. Appliances and furniture are outdated (especially the couches).With the recommended improvements my family would stay again and recommend Pier Watch Villa I Unit 305 to our friends and family.
