Spend your days lounging on the sixth-floor balcony in this three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo. The unit features tasteful neutral décor and furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, glass dining table and comfortable bedding. The living room features ample seating for you and your crew and opens up through a large sliding door to your balcony. Theres a king-sized bed in the master bedroom which also opens to the balcony. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks, a soaker tub and a separate glass enclosed shower. Theres a room with a queen bed and another with two doubles.

Enjoy fabulous resort amenities that include an outdoor pool, outdoor lazy river, large outdoor hot tub, and sun decks, all just footsteps away from the beach. FAST & CONVENIENT CHECK-IN

Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service.

We had a wonderful time in North Myrtle Beach! We would highly recommend....we would LOVE to have the high Adirondack chairs for our back deck...it is a wonderful place from which to see the beach and ocean on a peaceful morning or night!

Spent an hour to look for.the keys, no customer service

By the time we got there the office was closed and didn't know how to check in and get the keys. No body was answering the phone to help us out, the place was filthy, we had to leave one day early because of that and again didn't know whom to return the key to, kept calling until a maintenance guys answered and suggested to leave the key under the rug in front of the door because he didn't know either.

Great Oceanfront property

The breeze off the ocean and sound of the waves crashing onto the beach were 2 of the reasons we selected North Shore VIllas 606. The furnishings were updated since the photos and the rooms were very clean. Great parking garage - never had to worry about getting a parking spot or into a stifling vehicle since it was protected in the garage. Elevators were fast & had bellhop carts and grocery carts that could be loaded and brought up to the rooms in the elevator after shopping trips. The two drawbacks to the stay were the internet access listed on the envelope was not correct (we had to work from the unit) and the garbage disposal was clogged. We moved in on Saturday and placed a call that day to request maintenance- got no response. Called again on Sunday - now the water was backing up into the dishwasher - again no reply. Monday we called again and received assistance with both issues.
