The Ocean Bay Club is conveniently located just off Main Street on Ocean Blvd in the heart of it all in North Myrtle Beach! Some of the spectacular on-site amenities include an oceanfront pool & sundeck, lazy river, indoor pool, & kiddie pool, an on-site fitness center with a covered parking garage. This 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, DW, Washer & Dryer, Jacuzzi in Master Bath, Flat screen TVs & DVDs in all rooms, Netflix on all TV's except Master Bedroom and an Oceanfront Balcony with access from the Living Room & Master Bedroom. Remodeled December, 2022. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to The Ocean Bay Club. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.

Disappointing

The kitchen was the nicest room, the rest of the condo needs a full makeover and thorough cleaning! Mold on the shower doors, doors thst only one was operable, Loud exhaust fan, mattress so indented thst the middle lump was like having a third person in the bed🤦‍♀️ The view of the ocean was obscured by the dirty sliding glass doors in both rooms. McMillan is suppose to comp half the cleaning bill but I’ve yet to hear from them after I called. I will never do business with them again. We booked it for our daughters wedding on the beach and for the price we paid for a week I expected much much more!

Great location in North Myrtle Beach

Beach area not crowded. Lots to do in the area. The condo building had convenient parking. The pools were nice. The unit itself was ok. Two of the beds sounded like air mattresses. We didn't find out about all the requirements for linens until after booking (bed,bath and kitchen to include "pot holders") We brought our own. The management company seemed more interested in our departure than arrival as we received several instructions for departure before and during our stay. Still we had a good time with our family.
