Myrtle Beach is the best! We have been sharing this beautiful place at Wyndham Ocean Boulevard with friends and family since it opened in 2013. We LOVE to help make your vacations stress-free, affordable, and memorable. We respond rapidly and completely answer all your questions. IF you want specific dates/times (for travel in the next 3 months) that don't seem to be available here, please let me know and we'll do our best to accommodate! Please note that the photos of the property represent this typical beautiful interior and well maintained unit. Since there has been a great deal of renovations to the resort, the interior of your exact unit may vary slightly from what is pictured-- but will be quite similar and beautiful! The assignment for your actual suite is given at check-in. These photos in the gallery are a combination of all the different suites available. Let me know if you have a special request for a floor level. I will try to accommodate your request. While I can't guarantee your request-- (this is done by the front desk staff)-- I will do my best!

There are four towers at Wyndham Ocean Blvd. Towers 1-3 are side-by-side and on the beach. You can walk directly from the property and be "toes in the sand!" Tower 4 is across the street, directly behind Towers 1-3. The square footage in Tower 4 is a bit larger and the condos there were fairly recently renovated-- you may have an ocean view from Tower 4. All the towers have their own pools conveniently available and you can bounce from pool-to-pool within the resort, visiting any tower. We try to put our guests into Towers 1-3, unless the guest requests Tower 4 OR if a reservation is made close to the check in date (when availability is limited.) Please note: Sometimes we luck into a free 'upgrade' for your unit. That means your condo may upgrade to a larger unit OR to a unit with a better view. Should we be given this opportunity, it will happen automatically and free of charge. I will let you know when it happens and what your new unit will be. Kinda like a fun birthday surprise! :)

You will have 2 full bathrooms and a whirlpool tub in the master suite.

Your kitchen is a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, place settings (down to the placemats!), flatware, garbage disposal, coffee maker, ice maker, etc.

There is also a washer/dryer IN the condo and a balcony (with a great view of the ocean) where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Other conveniences include: iron/ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clocks, cable TV, DVD player, safe for valuables in the master closet, complimentary wifi, etc. Additionally there is free on-site parking (covered and secured) for up to 2 vehicles/unit.

Guests will be emailed a guest pass for check-in. I will be asking you for the name, address, and phone number of the guest checking-in. This person must be at least 21-years of age. Name changes after you receive this guest pass will incur a $99 fee. Guest passes are for your safety and secure the property to your name. They are a requirement of Wyndham. If you anticipate a late arrival, please contact the resort directly (phone number on your guest pass.) The resort offers 24-hour check in, but a late arrival could affect your room assignment.

Also note that enhanced safety and cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures have been put into place according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements for effectively combating COVID and other viruses. To ensure your privacy, there will be no one entering your unit after check-in--there is no daily housekeeping service and maintenance will only enter your unit with your knowledge.

You may be offered the "opportunity" to attend a vacation ownership meeting lasting 90 min. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. You are in no way obligated to attend these meetings and it is not a requirement of this reservation.
