This condo is our second VRBO listing. Have a look at our first one (www.vrbo.com/2166147) and you’ll see we take pride in our condos. Our goal is to provide you and your family an experience while you are our guest at our properties. Contactless check-in is also a nice bonus as we have keypad lock on the front door.
It's a beautiful first floor beach-themed home located right on Crescent Beach in NMB. We completely renovated it with comfortable touches that will transport you right into vacation mode. As soon as you walk through our front door, you will notice the patio furniture for lounging in the breezy ocean air blowing off the Atlantic. We have thought of just about everything for a week at the beach and included it so you can pack light. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and nice boogie boards...we got them! All you'll need is your sunscreen.
Our newly remodeled and updated oceanfront condo features a private patio, fully appointed kitchen, granite countertops and full-size washer and dryer in the unit. It also features a newly remodeled bathroom in the second bedroom.
The unique, first floor location ensures you will not get any closer to the ocean than right here. And you are so close to Bert's Surf Shop, Azalea Sands and Barefoot Landing golf, Midtown Bistro, and Johnny D's Waffles and Benedicts, not to mention excellent shopping at the Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing - there are so many fabulous restaurants in the near vicinity, and the nightlife right down on Main St in NMB.

Condo was as advertised: on side of building with no direct vision of beach but could see some ocean if standing on porch. Big plus having beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided. Would most definitely stay there again.

A Fantastic Vacation Experience

My wife and I have stayed in many VRBO’s in many locations and this one was the best ever. The owners were so warm and friendly and made communication easy. The unit itself was extra clean and had every possible thing one could want or need. Not many owners supple beach towels and chairs. There were both available here. All modern appliances and comfortable bedding. The description is not exaggerating when it says all you need is sunscreen. Wbums ansand.

Great beachfront getaway!

Just finished a few nights at the beach. This condo is great -- clean, beautifully decorated, everything you could need and literally steps from the beach. Responsive communication with the host. We would definitely return. As a bonus the weather was lovely for February!

We really enjoyed our four day getaway at your beautiful condo. It was decorated very nice and was so clean. We loved how short a walk it was to the beach. Also loved that it was close to many nice restaurants. Just a short drive to Broadway on the Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Very Relaxing

We were very happy with our stay. 3 adults and 1 child stayed over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was close to so many things and different options so it was easy to get out and do stuff. Being beachfront was so relaxing and helpful as it was easy to go out to the beach for just short amounts of time since we were there in the late fall and it was chilly.

Great stay

We had a great stay, however; we went with another couple and there was no parking for them. Only 1 space per room. Very disappointing because we did not know in advance. The HOA president was very kind and went far and beyond to help. The room was nice and the porch was so nice.
