The BEACH is my HAPPY PLACE! FIRST FLOOR!!! Newly renovated - 1 mile from the beach! This is your perfect place for a great vacation and your happy place! Peaceful, very comfortable, new flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. Entire home had popcorn ceilings removed and replaced with nice smooth finish ceilings and new paint throughout. Highly desired first floor unit. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, condo phone, community pool, hot tub, grill, volleyball court, basketball court as well as a shuttle to the beach!

Unit 313 is an updated 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo in the gated River Crossing section of Barefoot Resort. This lower-level unit is handicap accessible with no steps. The condo is fully furnished and sleeps 6 people. Fully stocked kitchen for all your needs. The living room is large, featuring sliding doors which lead to the patio overlooking the pond. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed while the 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The couch offers a sleeper sofa and there is also an Areo Bed queen size mattress. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and linens/towels are included in your stay. New granite countertops, new LVP flooring and new refrigerator. Spacious layout with large patio for relaxing while looking out at the beautiful pond and enjoying the relaxing breeze.

ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS in North Myrtle Beach, convenient to shopping, dining, golf, and the beach. Barefoot Landing is located at the resort entrance! Centrally located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach close to hundreds of restaurants, shops, putt putt golf, and entertainment options for everyone! Barefoot Resort offers four championship golf courses, Barefoot Marina with Putters Pub & Restaurant right next to the driving range. Great amenities at Barefoot!

River Crossing is located on Barefoot’s championship Greg Norman Golf Course. The community pool, grilling and picnic area is not far from the building. Barefoot Resort has a huge saltwater pool which is located behind the North Tower next to the Marina Bar and Grill. There is a free shuttle to the beach provided by Barefoot Resort in the spring and summer months. A schedule is provided upon arrival. Barefoot Resort offers 4 golf courses, clubhouses, transportation to the beach, and is minutes to Barefoot Landing - which has many stores, restaurants, and attractions to enjoy. Check out the House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Duplin Winery, Lulu's Restaurant, Flying Fish, Greg Norman’s Australian Grill and much more. There are also fireworks every Monday night in the summer season. The beach is a mile away, and there is plenty of public parking if you don't want to use the shuttle.

This was the perfect place, nice quiet and SAFE neighborhood. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy your time but close enough to the beach and town it was just a short drive. House was clean and we all had our own space, which my kids (12 & 16) enjoyed. Pool was nice as well. Little pond behind the house was nice watching the fish and turtles. Will definitely be booking here again. Marilyn was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions I had within a reasonable time as well!

We had problems with access to the swimming pools and security gate. The access card was de-actived we had to wait until the following day to obtain a new card. Also, we were locked out of the master bedroom. Fortunately, the host was able to get a locksmith to come and open the door. There was no bedding available for the sofa bed. Host asked us to open the locked owners storage to get to the bedding. Not the best experience. Not worth money I paid for the stay.

Beautiful Beach Condo

A really lovely beach condo! Fully furnished with any and everything you may need! An extremely well appointed kitchen and just a few steps to the pool! Located in a very nice, quiet and secure neighborhood in a gold resort. Enjoyed it thoroughly!

Marilyn did not send us the key or remote to get into the gate, 3 days before so We missed out On 1 whole day and had to find somewhere to stay that night. and the bar fell off the wall, the screen on the Lanai was ripped couldn't sit out there because of mosquitoes. we missed a whole day of Went to put a towel oin the bathroom
