The weather was terrible which is the luck of the draw. House location was great. Very easy access to the beach. The house was very nice. Ideal for a beach vacation. If I were the owners, I would change rental companies. Towels were small and Thomas does not look out for their interests. House was picked up but not clean and had some minor issues. Thomas is slow to respond and does nothing in terms of preemptive measures. Multiple wasp nests were on patios and the pool was not very inviting. It’s a shame because with a better management company the house could be spectacular!

906 Strand Ave & the Rices

A spacious, lovely, house with a great porch on the main floor entrance & balcony porch off the master bedroom (both we used extensively for meals, reading, and adult beverages in the evening). The pool was cute, but the chlorine used was a little strong (we have a saslt water pool at home and love it). Access to the beach was two blocks away and we could walk our bikes out to the beach and ride extensively. Easy access to other locations was perfect.

Nice and quiet

We loved this place. It has everything you need. Kitchen was very well stocked. Short walk to the beach. Check in/out was a little cumbersome but not bad. We definitely plan to stay here again!
