Great work retreat housing!

We had about 10 individuals staying here for a work retreat! It was a super clean, well laid out, and perfectly located condo. The host was super responsive and even allowed us to check in slightly early (since it was available at that time!)

I use Vrbo quite frequently to travel for personal and professional use. I was expecting a great stay. After staying in rentals over the last 7 years for vacations and personal trips, this is the first time Ive actually been disgusted staying somewhere. This is the first beach house Ive ever experienced mold in. There was mold on the ceilings, vents, inside dishwasher and wall in the kitchen. Every vent in the home was convered in condensation and created water puddles all over the home, which meant we were often pulling out the mop to clean the water up. The refrigerator was old and needed to be replaced and was leaking water the entire stay....which we also had to keep drying and cleaning so no one fell and got hurt. All of the side door shelving was good. We reported all of these concerns to the owners. They were responsive and sent maintenance out with each report. Maintenance came in and used toilet tissue to wipe all the condensation from the vents and to attempt he mold off the vents. I asked the owners if someone can come back out to properly address the mold. Maintenance was sent the day next day. This time they came and sprayed a mold cleaner on all of the mold on the vents, walls and ceilings. We were grateful! However, by that point we all had been breathing in mold for over 24 hours. On our final night while cleaning the kitchen and loading the dishwasher, we saw the mold all of ghe racks in the dishwasher. We Door dashed paper plates, cups & utensils
