Customer focused

Everyone from the front desk, pool bar, engineering/repairs to the cleaning staff were so wonderful and accommodating. We would have had a smooth stay but for a couple of hiccups/issues with one of the bathrooms and the dishwasher. However, once the showerhead/leak issue was communicated to the hotel, it was promptly resolved to our satisfaction. Bottom line is: they are very customer focused! We loved it there and will definitely be back!

Great off season rate and overall experience. NICE

we had a great end balcony view however, we were excited to have a jacuzzi tub. The tub would not fill up the morning we were leaving when we wanted to use it. The stopped was not working. It was too late to say something as we were leaving in about 2 hours. Such a shame but it was a cute little unit for 2 -4 people to enjoy.

They even drove us on a golf cart directly to our car in the parking garage when we were checking out. We would definitely stay again. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer. This place was a solid option for Myrtle Beach. Nice hotel with a kitchenette, full fridge, ocean views, indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, pool bar, sand bar, onsite restaurant and bar. Really has just about everything you need for a family. Close to local shops and restaurants too! I'd stay here again.

One of the best resorts in Myrtle beach, The staff was extradenary professional and personal at the same time. The accommodation for my mother who is 91 years old and can't sleep in a bed was beyond hospitable. They furnish her a lazy boy. The only thing they can do better is have better accommodation for wheelchair bind individualshave rooms just for the handicaps in a wheelchair. Otherwise we had a perfect stay. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH. 😊.
