Check out this Oceanview 3BR on your next trip to the beach! Do you like to shag? Do you love seafood? This property is right down the street and is walking distance away from Fat Harold's & Duffy Street Seafood and all the other great places in NMB! This property has new mattresses as well as new furniture in the living room and dining room. There is a 43” Flat screen TV in the living room with flat screen TVs in all the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the appliances needed to cook your meals. There is a king bed in the master suite with its own private balcony and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a half bath as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a wet bar in the living room for your beverage needs!

The living room is very comfortable and has plenty of seating. The balcony has views of the dunes and ocean. You will love sitting out here and listening to the waves. You can browse on your computer with the private, secure internet connection.

This building has a great pool area on the ocean side with a hot tub and you also get access to the 2nd row pool area that has a tennis court too! This property will allow a small pet for stays longer than 30 days so it is perfect for Snowbirds. It is walking distance to Main Street/Ocean Drive so you can enjoy all the festivals, shag clubs and restaurants without ever having to drive. There are lots of stores nearby such as, Boulineau’s, Kroger’s and Walmart. Many shopping centers are with minutes’ drive such as Tanger Outlet on Kings Rd, or Tanger Outlet on US 501 west of Myrtle Beach toward Conway, and Colonial Mall on US 17, If you love ice cream, check out Melt or Sweet Frog's. Or go for the famous seafood at Murell’s Inlet, SC or Calabash NC which is only a 30-minute drive.

Master bedroom offers a King bed with an ocean view from porch, and a private shower bath and a 32" TV with built-in DVD. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a Half bath and a 32" TV. The third has Twin beds and a 32" TV.
The Living room has a sofa bed which can sleep two, two recliners, and a 43' Flat screen TV with a Wi-fi Blue Ray for connecting with your own services..

The Ocean Drive section of NMB has great beaches, with many golf courses within 15-45 minutes drive. The local "clubs" offer shag dancing with nice bars and grills. Of course relaxing on the sunny Grand Strand is one of the favorite! All these within easy walking or driving distance.

We have a 'keyless' keypad entry system. You will be given a number to key in....no key to lose or keep up with. We have a local cleaner/contact in case there are problems. We accept eCheck payments, Venmo, Paypal and personal checks.

Beach Condo

This condo had a real beachy vibe! It’s just steps away from the beach and Main St. With lots of bars and restaurants. We love Myrtle Beach but many of my Canadian golfing friends are not sure about returning next year, mainly because of the exchange rate. If your tourism is down next year you could try offering discounts to the Canadian snowbirds. Kristi is a great host and I recommend her beach condo

Convenient and Comfy!

The place is only a few steps away from the beach with plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. My Bro, Dad and I stayed here and enjoyed carrying on our Thanksgiving tradition. Lovely stay and would stay again!

Nice location but the unit is old and not in very good shape. Was not clean, dishwasher was loose and just about pulled out from under the counter while opening the door. Towel rack in hall bath fell off the wall. Mattresses on the twin beds were absolutely terrible. Door knob had fell off of the outdoor screen door. Way too much money for this unit.

Wonderful vacation!

My family and I visited all the way from the sweetest place on earth (Hershey, Pa) and we were not disappointed. We could walk on to the beach at anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The owner was just a call away if needed, but we were all set for a great week!

Great place for a quick trip

The condo was great! Just what we needed for a quick trip. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The grounds keeper and her homeowners that live on the property full time however are not kind or welcoming to vacationers.

Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club

3 bedroom beach condo. From the balcony you can view the beach somewhat. Short walk to the beach. Property is in need of maintenance. Some electrical outlets did not function. Coffee pot turned on, but never brewed. There was also a one cup Kuerig, so we managed with that. Handle in hall bath fell off during stay. Washer and dryer were both non-functioning until two days before our scheduled check-out when new ones were delivered by Lowes. The owner communicated with me well regarding this issue, and we worked with it. Communicated with the owner that cleaning person was not doing a very good job. Owner said she would notify cleaning person of the issues. I know from personal experience, these things happen when you have a rental property. Overall, it was a reasonable price for a beach location for 6 night stay.

Good Little Getaway

The property was very clean. You could smell the cleanliness when you walked in the door. Excellent location! The only issue was the resort pool was closed. No worries though, we utilized the pool next door at the neighboring resort. The owner is very friendly and communicates well.

Perfect Getaway Spot

It’s was nice the parking lot where the building I was at where I was staying was not organized good at all I feel that ever condo in the development should have its own parking space. Most the time I parked in the next development over and walked! Decent sized condo nice balconies kids had a good time just because of the location I most likely stay there again
