We did get off to a rocky start at this hotel with the service and communication, however they did turn this around and provided excellent service for the reminder of the stay. During our trip we also stayed at the Oberoi and i have to say the Service there is a lot better and personal than the Leela.

We stayed at the Leela for just two nights, since we were in transit to Leh. The service and food in the Cube restaurant were absolutely great. So good in fact, that we did not try any of the other restaurants. Had we stayed longer, we certainly would have. As to be expected, the quality of the furnishings in the room were to notch.

Fabulous Leela stay

Top-class experience at The Leela Palace Delhi - excellent check in experience, great rooms, wonderful food for breakfast and dinner, very helpful concierge desk, would unequivocally always be my 1st choice Delhi hotel in future
