most of the lights weren't working, no coordination between staff, no greetings, unavailability of toiletries, service was horrible. Wasn't expected this while booking from Expedia.com

They didn't want to let me in. I showed them I booked and paid. They gave me a room. Not happy faces. 15minutes in my room they cut WiFi. A couple hours later they cut the lights. They told me power was out on the whole floor and I had to leave. They kicked me out. Not friendly. There is no restaurant. Breakfast buffet is a small tray a runner brings to your room in the morning. Delivery, not buffet. No restaurants close. Only gold exchange and mobile phone accessories shops.

I liked the location. Interesting neighbourhood., but hotel run down. Our airport pick up didn’t arrive and we were told that the kitchen wasn’t doing breakfast. They did go and arrange breakfast however.
