I have been to this property twice in the past, the previous time being August 2019. It was a little tired before, but now it has gone beyond tired and run-down. They are totally letting it go. The only truly edible thing to eat at breakfast are the waffles and perhaps the sausage. The scrambled eggs are disgusting. In regards to our room, I had reserved a queen bed with sofa. We got a rundown room that had a peculiar smell, was two double beds (so my husband and i slept separately), the television didn't work. They said that, because we brought our dog (a 12 pound shih-tzu who doesn't make a mess or destroy anything), we had to stay in a dog friendly room. I'm sorry, but it shouldnt be a room that is in that state of disrepair. Thank goodness I brought my own pillow, because the pillows they provide are more like throw pillows. Another rather irritating thing was that the room keys would deactivate each day, so you had to continually go to the front desk to get them re-activated. As I've said before, this place is in great need of an entire makeover. We are incredibly disappointed and will not be back to this establishment.

It could have been better and breakfast was not up to the mark and no buffer time provided. House keeping was literally noisy and they kept clearing items while people were still eating and had no basic etiquette to check if they need anything before they were taken and moved. Even the rooms were not bright with sufficient lights and house keeping did not bother to keep towel supply though there were no towels in the room.

The rooms were extremely humid. We got woken up every morning by cleaning crew screaming at each other outside of our room. We also had to go to front desk almost every day to get our key cards reactivated because they would just stop working.

This was a decent place to stay in North Bay. It's in a convenient location, near the lake and lots of dining options. It was clean and quiet and the complimentary breakfast was great, although they could definitely use more tables. On the downside, it is tired. The hallways and doors have been spruced up, but the room we had was quite dated. It was clean, but very tired. The wifi is very spotty, so if you need to be connected for work or want to be able to watch tv, etc, you probably need to make other arrangements. There were a number of people just sort of hanging out in the parking lot, in lawn chairs, etc which was also odd. We never felt unsafe or anything, but it was a bit odd.

I booked a king size bed with pull out sofa love seat coffee table extra chair etc...like the ones in the pictures...upon check in i was sent to a room 204 that sort of looked like that..but air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and the toilet was not flushing properly...informwd front desk. They moved me to 205..entered room, air conditioner was on but ot was warm and humid even with thermostat set to 71..no coffee table..no love seat, just to arm chairs., not acceptable...back to front desk, finally was sent to room 128 which had a working airconditioner, a working toilet and all amenities as stated in pictures and description. I stayed for 4 nights then booked another two nights. I had a lot of interaction with desk staff, they are polite and very accomodating...key cards had multiple issues but replaced promptly. I do find it unprofessional though to be speaking with staff when they are wearing ear buds and you know they are talking to someone while they are talking to you. The breakfast was filling and pleasant though a little more fruit could be added to the basket..each ti e i got there in 6 days there was always one or two apples left. Lastly, you eat beakfast in the lobby which i s great, but i dont understand why management flips the chairs up side down for the 20 hours a day they dont serve breakfast. I found checking in and out kind of unsightly and not welcoming because of this. Wipe the tables , keep the chairs right side up, and put some fake flowers down

It was in a very worst condition. the sofa in the room felt sticky and wet. TV remote was missing many buttons The floor felt wet when stepped on! The water pressure in the shower and the A/C was in good condition but the oven and the fridge in the room was dated like 15 years old! The outside area was dirty. Never going to stay at this place and stay away as there are very nice places nearby within similar price range.
