The room smelled of mildew. The furniture did not fit the room, the doorway was a trip hazard, the drapes did not cover the windows adequately. The location was sketchy right next to a Seven Eleven and people loudly hanging in the parking lot all night. Do not recommend.

No idea how this place has a very good rating. Mold/mildew smell is layered with air freshener so cloying you can taste it. Gross, sticky floors. Holes in the sheets, two flat, OLD yellow pillows, yellowed sheets and blankets, stained towels. Hairball on the shower wall and layers of crud/dust in the ridges of headboard. Half a roll of tp on the back of the toilet, no roll dispenser. Check in was friendly/easy and close to beach are only positives. Bare bones amenities at ridiculous Oceanfront prices. Lesson learned, never again.

For price and location it was ok. Room had a wierd smell so they game a room deoderizer fogger, the toilet was hard to flush and the phone did not work(had no cord and the cord from the reciever to the base was broke so of no use).

The owner of the property is very nice sweet guy but his daughter works for him very arrogant person.This hotel is run down I was shocked when I pulled up there I double checked my GPS and Expedia app. I must be wrong address it looks okay on the picture when you booking total different when you see it physically. It is beach town many visitors due to this the room smells horrible old stained dirt couldn’t sleep, shower so dirty it doesn’t have hot water it mildly warm water. The property have three floors no elevator so if are 3rd floors with luggage good luck.

The place had a good location near the boardwalk and was clean. Plenty of parking and it had a decent pool. The room needed work: Bathroom door would not close, no hand towel for sink, toilet paper holder not installed, bed needed to be shifted down to make better room for the sofa and table, TV was impossible to work without help from the staff, and the room was noisy at night from traffic from the road. If you want a clean place to stay, with good rates, near the boardwalk then it is fine.

A few pros: Walkable location. Easy parking. Affordable (however, you very much get what you pay for) Cons: There were stains on the sheets, towels, and curtains. They only gave us three (very small, thin) towels for the two of us - when we asked for more, we were told to trade our dirty towels for new ones. When I tried to clarify that we actually needed more to shower (for hair and body), I was told to wait until they were done cleaning other rooms… no one ever brought us another towel. Also, I’m not sure if it’s because we had a room next to the hotel’s utility closet, but our shower never really had hot water. There was one shower where it switched from scolding hot water to freezing cold water throughout.

The desk clerk was very friendly. Our room was clean. The noise from the traffic was kind of annoying. The pool was clean and refreshing. Being able to walk to a few dining places was nice. Parking was tight, not a big area to park. My overall experience was a 4 out of 5.
