The initial face to face with the front desk was very poor, the attendant was unfriendly, did not look us in the eye, was impolite, and told us she was bored with her job. Not exactly the type of greeting one wants after a long day of travel.The breakfast was very poor, as there was very little quality of choices. The room itself was decent.

2 out of 3 front desk staff were friendly and helpful. One was not approachable and obviously did not wish to be there. Room was clean. The Male African-American worker Deshaun was Excellent and very prompt in meeting customers request. Thank you Deshaun.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Our first room had a leaky window with a sopping wet towel on the windowsill. They quickly moved us to another room. They day they came to service our room the bed was left unmade, there was no toilet paper and only 1 towel was replaced. The night receptionist apologized and provided toilet paper and towels. The next day they serviced the room again and left a wet, dirty rag by the TV and one of the "clean" washcloths was dirty. We've stayed here before and never had an issue. Clearly they are having issues with housekeeping.
