This 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom 1500 square foot house sits directly on the beach

and only steps away from the Ocean View Fishing Pier and Rooftop Bar and

Grill, and is conveniently located near Downtown Norfolk, Virginia Beach

Oceanfront, Chic's Beach, Old Dominion University, Christopher Newport

University, the Navy and Air Force bases, and many other attractions! There is

WiFi, a brand new 50" Smart TV in the living room, 40" smart TVs in each

bedroom, memory foam mattresses, 4 window AC units to keep the house very

cool, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture and seating area, a fishing

kayak and paddleboard upon request, and everything you need for the perfect

vacation!

The first picture is the view from the back porch of the house. It is a 100

year old house that has recently undergone renovations including new floors,

cabinetry, bathroom, brand new window AC/heat units, and appliances, including

an arcade machine with hundreds of games including Pac-Man and Galaga.



Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, smart TV, chair and desk. Bedroom 2 has 3 twin

sized beds (1 bunk and 1 single). There is a pull out couch in the living room

if you need extra sleeping arrangements (no linens provided for that). I

recommend no more than 5 guests but will allow larger groups. The kitchen is

stocked with basic cookware and utensils, coffee maker, keurig machine, and

ice maker. There is a washing machine and a clothesline outside but no dryer.

This house is mostly handicap accessible with no stairs throughout, and back

door access without stairs. There is an electronic keypad for entry at any

time (no physical key provided).







Check in: 4 PM or later



Check out: 10 AM, late check out available with payment of late check-out fee.



Pet fee: $100 per stay, only quiet and trained animals are allowed.



No parties or events, guest will be asked to leave if police noise complaint

is made.
