"Erster Eindruck von außen: Vernachlässigt, ungepflegt, schmutzig. Der Rasen wurde wochenlang nicht gemäht, überall im Außenbereich Spinnweben welche offenbar schon ewig da sind. Der Schuppen hat einen rostigen Riegel zum öffnen, nicht versperrbar. Innen voll mit Spinnweben. Es stehen alte Farbeimer, ..."
