Etwas Schimmel in der Dusche, es war zweimal jemand während meiner Abwesenheit in der Wohnung, ich nehme an , Reinigungspersonal, wer hat sonst einen Schlüßel.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ok. Leider sehr bescheiden ausgestattet was das Geschirr angeht. Schade ist ebenfalls das es keine Auflagen für die Stühle draußen gibt. Keine direkte Zufahrt zum Haus macht das Be-/Entladen des Gepäcks etwas mühselig.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in top Lage, das Geschirr müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden, teilweise kaputt. Verdunkelung durch Rollos mäßig, ab 5 Uhr taghell.

Insgesamt gute Unterkunft. Nicht zentral, aber auch nicht zu weit weg von Meer und Restaurants. Wir konnten zur Hauptsaison spontan 3 Nächte buchen. Einfache aber gute Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter.

Angenehme Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im modernen Ambiente des Appartements. Ein Manko war für uns der fehlende Rolladen an der großen Fensterfront. Das graue Innenrollo reicht zum Verdunkeln nicht aus! Ich habe mir eine Schlafbrille gekauft.

Tolles Ferienappartment für alle Wetterlagen

Die Lage zum Ort, die Größe, und die Raumaufteilung der Ferienwohnung fanden wir sehr, sehr praktisch und angenehm. Auf dem großen Balkon in Südlage und mit Markise lassen sich alle Wetterlagen sehr schön genießen. Für die üblichen Windlagen liegt der Balkon gut geschützt und man hat den Blick auf den neuen Kurpark und die vielen Feriengäste die in den Ort radeln aus dem 1. OG heraus. Die kleine Küchenzeile erlaubt auch eigene Essenszubereitung. Zur nächsten Anmietung werden wir ein paar eigene Küchenutensilien selbst mitbringen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage!

Alles in allem eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung! Schön und modern eingerichtet, sauber, und in einer zentralen Lage, bei der sowohl der Hafen, Supermärkte und auch die Innenstadt (Badehaus, Conversationshaus) in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar sind.
