Ferienwohnung Strandhafer

Der Hausflur ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand, dreckig, feucht und es stinkt extrem nach Feuchtigkeit. In der Wohnung selber befindet sich der Duschbereich in einem nicht guten Zustand (Schimmel in den Fugen). Des Weiteren sind auch die Fugen in der Wohnung teilweise rausgebrochen. Fazit: Für den Preis viel zu teuer.

Die Wohnung war für paar Tage absolut ausreichend und lag sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Nur das Badezimmer hätte mal eine Überholung nötig, da schon Schimmel überall zu sehen ist.

Diese Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre top Lage aus. Zum Strand 2 min in die Innenstadt 6 min. Bäckerei und Lebensmittel in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Wohnung liegt sowohl zum Badestrand(Nord) als auch zur Stadtmitte sehr gut. Die fehlenden Dinge (Backblech und Topf )wurden direkt bei Nachfrage vorbeigebracht. Bis auf die Dusche (Schimmelbildung) war die Wohnung sauber. Wir sind es gewohnt,dass z.b. Spüllappen/-bürste, im Bad ein Lappen zum täglichen Reinigen vor zufinden sind. Müllbeutel zum wechseln und evtl eine kleine Austattung von Salz/Pfeffer etc wäre klasse. Flüssige Handseife im Bad gehört heut zu tage dazu.Auch ein leerer Staubsaugerbeutel wäre super gewesen. Die 2.Schublade im Kleiderschrank war defekt ,als wir die Wohnung übernahmen. Evtl wieder reparieren. Für eine bessere Beurteilung ist noch Luft nach oben.

Besser nicht buchen...muffig!!!

Das gesamte Objekt ist extrem baufällig! Der Putz am und im Haus fällt in großen Stücken bereits von den Wänden. Das gesamte Treppenhaus stinkt nach Feuchtigkeit und die Straße hat Leerstände mit ähnlichen Gebäuden. Der Not-Eingang befindet im Hinterhof,da der Hauseingang seit angeblich 2Jahren durch Stützen gestützt bzw gesichert ist! Hierfür sollte es auch angeblich einen Preisnachlass geben, der im Nachgang nicht berechnet wurde. Stattdessen 40€ für Wäsche, die ursprünglich nicht gebucht war.Dieses Angebot sollte schnellstmöglich aus dem Programm genommen und der Trakt abgerissen werden! Wahrscheinlich gibt es auch schon einen Investor für die ganze Häuserzeile!?
