Top vacation apartment in a central, quiet location, WLAN, very comfortable

Warm tones make the apartment an oasis. Breakfast includes a coffee from one of our three coffee machines. For this invite especially the four comfortable dining chairs or in good weather the balcony in an excellent south / west facing.

The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing holiday and also invites to cook for ourselves.

Make it before the big flat. Screen TV on the couch and the cozy dining chairs comfortably or use the large dining table to an exciting game night

The entire living-dining area is furnished with lovingly selected accessories.
From here you can reach the beautiful, sunny south-west facing balcony with stylish furniture. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The barrier-free bathroom is equipped with all the benefits such as cosmetic mirror, heated towel rail, sink with vanity unit and hairdryer.

Both bedrooms have quality beds (180cm x 200cm bedrooms downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs, each with twin beds pushed together 90cm x 200cm), all with adjustable bed bases and 7-zone cold foam mattresses. In the lower bedroom the bedside lighting is integrated into the headboard.

Even small guests are very welcome: a travel cot with additional thick mattress is available as well as children's cutlery, a high chair, a bed-failure protection and a stair gate and child protection fuse in the electrical outlets.

As some additional features, the apartment has at the bottom of a heated floor and electric shutters, the upper second bedroom blackout possibilities. The lockable exterior storage room can accommodate, for example, for you have brought bicycles. A sturdy wagon is ready for you.

In the period from 01. April to 30th September 2015 you have a beach chair on the sandy beach free of charge.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.Toller Kontakt mit den Eigentümern sowie eine professionelle Übergabe seitens des Verwaltungsservice.Die Wohnung ist auch für Kleinkinder geeignetxda Bettgitter,Treppenschutzgitter,Hochstuhl und sogar Kindergeschirr vorhanden ist.Das hat uns vorallem einiges erleichtert,da man entsprechend weniger einpacken musste. Wir waren im Februar zu Gast. Die Fußbodenheizung ist mit KK ebenfalls toll.Schöne und ruhige Umgebung.Fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar (Seehundstation,Strand,Schwimmbad,Netto,Tankstelle,Bäcker)Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet,weniger als 800 m von der Seehundstation entfernt und wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit einem Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung - gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos und dem Profil beschrieben. Sie wirkt vielleicht ein bisschen kleiner. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind top. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es gibt lediglich zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Der Rausfallschutz für das Bett war für uns leider unbrauchbar, da es nicht ausreichende Möglichkeiten zum Befestigen gegeben hat. Zudem ist die Treppe vor und in der Wohnung sehr steil. Mit kleinen Kindern muss man also gut aufpassen. Ein weiteres Treppengitter wäre ggf. nicht verkehrt. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder!

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Fewo für zwei Personen

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Aus unserer Perspektive eher für zwei Personen die ideale Unterkunft. Küche und Wohnraum für vier Personen doch sehr beengt, die steile Treppe zu den beiden Betten nach oben ist anspruchsvoll. Wir haben sehr gut in dem Doppelbett geschlafen und konnten - den doch sehr kleinen Balkon - mehrmals nutzen. Auch haben wir die den dazugehörigen , abschließbaren Fahrradraum sehr geschätzt. Insgesamt eine tolle Woche in Norddeich.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und sehr gut schallisoliert! Durch die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung (Steckdosensicherungen, Hochstuhl, Treppenschutzgitter) haben wir uns viel Arbeit und Gepäck gespart. Auch die Waschmaschine ist ein großes Plus mit zwei kleinen Kindern! Der super Bollerwagen ist einfach nur praktisch!

Wunderbar

Gemütlich,sauber und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Selten so eine liebevoll eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung gesehen. Auch der Verwaltungsservice war sehr gut. Man musste nicht nachputzen wie man es sonst schon woanders erlebt hat. Keine Haare im Bett kein Schmier, keine verwaschenen Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Vielen Dank an Familie Paßmann und den Verwaltkngsservice die alles ehrlich beschrieben haben im Inserat und die Reinigungskräfte die wirklich einen außerordentlich guten Job machen. Sehr erfreulich, besonders mit kleinen Kindern die alles in den Mund nehmen. Hier war fast in allen Ecken geputzt. Nur an ein zwei Stellen Staub und das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Modernes Apartment in ruhiger Siedlungslage.

Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung: modern eingerichtet, sonniger Balkon, Parkplatz vorm Haus. Sehr gut gereinigt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, ebenso Bäckerei, Lebensmittelmarkt. Sehenswerte Orte mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend. Etwas seltsam ist, dass in Norddeich die Gastro um ca. 21:30 Uhr die Segel streicht - die Stadt Norden ist eine Abhilfe (ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto).

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Eheleute Paßmann sind sehr zuvorkommend. Alle Betten sind mit verstellbaren Lattenrosten versehen. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Tolle Ferienwohnung - nah am Deich

Tolle Ferienwohnung, modern eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Eigene Waschmaschine sowie eigener großer Abstellraum draußen gut zugänglich aber abgeschlossen (2 Fahrräder, ein Kinderanhänger und ein Kinderwagen passen zusammen rein). Gute Lage, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke aber sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Nebenstraße. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden.
