Urlaub in Norden

Wir waren zu 2 in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war ausreichend ausgestattet. Was fehlt ist ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank. Leider war das Wetter nicht so schön das wir die Terrasse viel nutzen konnten.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Eigentümer) war sehr gut. Als etwas nicht funktionierte, wurde es sofort ausgetauscht, bzw. repariert. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben wir selber mitgebracht. Man hätte sie aber auchgegen einen Aufpreis haben können.

Ferienwohnung schäfer

Das Haus ist viel kleiner als es auf den fotos aussieht. Und schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das sofa total unbequem und der Fernseher ist winzig klein und steht in einem Regal. Zum Glück war ich alleine .das Platzangebot ist mangelhaft.

Die Fotos, durch die wir die Wohnung gefunden haben, deuteten auf eine ausreichend für 4 Personen große Wohnung hin. Für 2 Erwachsende und einem Kind konnte man es gerade aushalten. Gottseidank erlaubte uns das Wetter viel draußen zu sein, so daß die Enge nicht zu dominant war. Außerdem gab es Probleme mit der Heizung. Als Vermieter kann ich meinen Mietern nicht vorschreiben, wie und zu welchem Zeitpunkt ich die Heizung nutzen muß. Dadurch haben wir nasse Wäsche, die durch duschen und Wellenbadbenuzung anfiel, kaum trocken bekommen. Enrweder Wärme oder Trocknen!

Wir haben ein paar erholsame Tage mit viel Ruhe und Fahrrad fahren gehabt.

Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr gut durchdacht gebaut , der Platz gut genutzt. Zu zweit kann man gut Urlaub machen.
