Sauberkeit und Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung
Leider war der Kleiderschrank nicht sauber, wir mussten ihn erst auswischen bevor wir die Kleidung rein legen konnten. AuĂerdem sollte man mal wieder die Wohnung streichen, es sind mehrere Flecken an der Wand. In der Beschreibung hört es sich so an das ein Balkon vorhanden ist.

Der KĂŒchenbereich ist Okay und sauber, alles vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen, im Bad fĂ€llt ein Spot aus der Decke und die Keramiken könnten mal Grundgereinigt werden nebst Zubehör (ToilettenbĂŒrste)

Diese Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Kurz zum Strand aber auch zu anderen Ausflugszielen. Zum einkaufen gibt es auch ein GeschĂ€ft ganz in der NĂ€he. Das Haus selbst ist in einer ruhigen Lage mit Parkplatz und ĂŒberdachten Abstellmöglichkeiten fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Das Bett ist nichts fĂŒr groĂe Leute. Einige technische GerĂ€te wiesen MĂ€ngel auf. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen.

Schlechte GerĂŒche im Badezimmer evtl durch Rohre. Nicht sehr sauber. SchranktĂŒr Schlafzimmerschrank klemmt. Wohnraum mit Esszimmer und KĂŒche schön und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lage super.

fĂŒr19Euro Endreinigung pro Person hĂ€tte ich eine sauberere Wohnung erwartet.FĂŒr eine Besenreine Wohnung mĂŒste man auch einen Besen,Wischmop und Eimer mit Aufnehmer zur VerfĂŒgung stellen.An allen Fenstern ein Fliegengitter mĂŒsste Standard sein.Der Staubsauger total verschmutzt kaum Saugkraft,keinBeutel zum wechseln,unzumutbar und abstossend.Das Domizil ansonsten gut,die Lage angenehm ruhig und doch Central gelegen.Die RĂ€ume sind o.k. das Mobilar teilweise abgewohnt(Sessel,KĂŒhlschranktĂŒr Matrazen).Auf die schwierige Einfahrt sollte hingewiesen werden,eine Dame aus der Wohnung Spiekeroog hat sich ihr Auto in der ganzen LĂ€nge an der Hausmauer des NachbargebĂ€udes zerkratzt.Trotz diverser MĂ€ngel,war der Urlaub gut,da die Umgebung und das Wetter uns entschĂ€digten.Sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Radfahren,Spazieren gehen,viele Lokale,StrandnĂ€he ideal.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he sowie die FĂ€hranleger schnell erreichbar.
