En el pago y en la reserva me robaron

Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que era una estafa, que no tenía ninguna reserva y mucho menos un pago, que no trabajaban con la aplicación, y que la aplicación era un robo, que incluso manejaban precios más bajo que el valor de mi compra y nadie me respondió
