I got a call from the owner a week before my stay requesting that I cancelled my reservation on Expedia to do it directly on the White Lotus website for personal gain purposes. Not the best way to start my vacation. I denied that request, and I feel like me and my family got the worst room of the hotel. My bed was broken and the bathroom light didn’t work. I wouldn’t book this again.
