All inclusive food and drinks even the rooms mini bars.. No need to wander far from the property as everything is available.. The 2 breakfast/ lunch restaurants are buffet style the 4 nightly restaurants offers Japanese, Italian, French and Steak house menus all with great selections of food served in more formal settings. The staff is wonderful and always friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome. The only real suggestion I would make is to upgrade the nightly entertainment offered as the staff try's their best to entertain guest nightly the quality would be greatly improved if professional entertainment was provided for guest.

The manager was confirontational and made us feel uncomfortable when we arrived due to the difference in their booking policy . My kids got nervous with her tone but we proved the mistake was not on our side. She still Pressured us to pay and made it seem like we will be rejected from the premises. Another instance of bad service was when we were at the buffet, the server ignored us multiple times when we are trting to ask For water

Buffet was awesome. Dislike was noise in hallway. Carts that the workers pushed had very noisy wheels. Hated that part

We were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There are workers all over the property cleaning it. Although some may not appreciate an all inclusive, it suited our needs.

The first room we were given was not what we booked. While we did get upgraded to a room in a great location opening right onto the beach, the safe didn’t work, there was no hot water at first, and the room was moldy. There was a big water leak on the last night and we were put into a very nice room on the last night that also opened to the beach. We just wish we didn’t have to go through so much difficulty first, it would have been a very different vacation if we had been in that room the whole time. 4 days, 3 rooms.

Had a wonderful vacation. Excellent food and dining options. Friendly and helpful staff. Right on a beautiful beach. Walking distance to shops and nightlife. All inclusive with swim up bar and waiters throughout the property taking drink orders. Plenty of lounge chairs and shade by beach and pool. Only negative was that the pool was really, really cold.
