staff were friendly and helpful. When we checked in ther was to be a welcome bag in the room, there was not. I asked at the desk every day for 4 days, and was told management would take care of it. They did not. Very disappointed. Food was good. they did run out of lobster on our last day there.

I paid for a suite ocean view. When we got to the room, it was a junior suite, at the end viewing the street. I booked a two room suite way in advance due to me having to work on my computer each morning and not interfering with my wife. This was our dream trip and I wanted it to be right. I reported immediately to the front desk. They said I would have to fill out a reply to change rooms the next day, no guarantee. This room was horrible after paying for a Suite. The next day, they transferred us to the room that I payed for. The first two days was not pleasant as I had to make sure they got us in our room we payed for. I received an apology from the desk clerk, but no compensation for the accommodations screwup. Not happy with the staff

Excellent Staff, great service, good food wirh the excption of a few very tiny bugs in our clean clean towels evert day of our stay. Not certain of what they were and hoped that they weren't roaches. All safe when we got home... no issues.

We had a partial ocean view which was great. Our room was kept clean amd tidy After some communication with the mini bar staff our preferences were met. All staff were very helpful and did a great job of meeting our expectations

ocean view is a little deceptive....room near the end of the hall over a parking lot. barely an ocean view. Not worth complaining to change rooms, but otherwise, everything was great. gloria, the housekeeper was fantastic, always very pleasant when we saw her. The beach was amazing. everything was great!
