I was clean. It was nice. It was no no-frills. No pen in the room would’ve been nice to have a decent hotel restaurant very disappointed with the first meal sitting down $36 hamburger with a frozen roll and a few fries wasn’t worth it at all. Go somewhere else to eat.

As soon as I arrived at the property, I was met with excellent customer service! The bellman took my bags while I checked in at the desk. I was offered a cold refreshing towel, and a glass of wine! My room wasn’t quite ready, so the bellman stored my luggage while I enjoyed the rooftop pool. Lunch and drinks at the pool were excellent! All of the pools on property were great! The room was spacious and clean! I would stay here again! Great value, and great customer service!

Gorgeous clean and comfy

A little bumpy at check in when we were charged more than the contracted Hotels.com price. Supervisor, David, fixed the problem the next day with a credit. Kudos. The property is beautiful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Main pool, children’s pool, hot pool and an infinity pool. The gym is spacious and well stocked. Fresh ice water is available in the lobby always. We ate at the infinity poolside restaurant and the food was amazing. The beach is one block from the Hotel so not a big deal. Getting a beach chair is on a first come first serve basis, but if you get there early you will get chairs. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located walking distance to numerous stores, restaurants and cafes. One issue we had was the noise emanating from the locals racing motorcycles on the street behind the hotel at all hours of the night. The local government needs to address that.

Loved the facility. A staff person named Erol offered to drive his own car to the store to purchase a pail so my husband could soak his injured foot. Other staff members were also helpful and very pleasant! -There is an amazing rooftop infinity pool with an adjacent restaurant and a useful fitness room.

Great location, lovely resort, wonderful place to vacation. Everyone who worked there did their best to insure a great stay. Two areas that need improvement, getting chairs and umbrellas at the beach and the front desk. Beach chairs were gone by 8 am, but about a third of the chairs were unoccupied until mid day. It was also a lengthy process to get chairs, and a negotiation if you needed more than two--the hotel has quite a few two bedroom suites. Other hotels have both a sufficient number of chairs and a better process to get them. We visited during late January. The other problem was the front desk, which operated differently than all other areas of the hotel. We asked for a one hour late checkout at the begining of our one week stay, were told to ask back 24 hours before checkout, and were told no. We were directed to the workout center to shower and change, a single shower with no curtain and no changing rooms. Not a great way to end an otherwise perfect vacation. Rooms are large, bedding was lovely, livingroom was large, but sofa stained and uncomfortable. Kitchen had a full sized refrigerator and microwave, needs a toaster. No homey details, only one picture on the wall in the entire place, but as it was the view we wanted, none of this was an issue, ocean view and sunsets were spectacular. Would definitely go again.

10/10. Our stay was amazing. Everything was walking distance. The beach was a 5-8 min walk yet there was shuttle service to and from the beach in case the sun was too much. A selection of food options was also a few feet away which was nice. The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was just perfect. Anything we needed everyone was so helpful and polite. My one wish was the pool water to be a little warmer. Weather was in the low 80’s so not too hot but beautiful weather. The water in the pool was freezing. Was a little hard to get used to. But we stayed in the jacuzzi so that made up for it. Over all great stay.

It was our second time staying at Radisson Blu. It’s a very nice hotel with very big rooms and very clean. The cleaning lady, Sonia, did a great job. The pools at the hotel are very nice and clean. The beach is nice but you have to walk about 6 minutes or wait for beach shuttle. The service for the beach shuttle was not great this time. Stayed for 7 nights and only took the shuttle twice. I would wait for it and no one would be around. I don’t mind waiting but it’s nice to have the service that you say you have it. Also beach chairs were sa big problem on this visit. If you didn’t wake up early, 7 am the latest by 7.30 am, you ended up with no beach chairs. Of course one can rent them but why spend so much on vacation that you assume it’s included in the hotel fee. People would go early, occupy the chairs and not show up until 1 pm. It’s best to book a more expensive hotel and have as many chairs as you want available whenever you decide to go to the beach. After all this is a vacation that you want to enjoy and not stress over beach chairs.

Great location

This hotel is in a great location but beach is small and its hard to get a chair unless you go out really early to reserve one. Pools are both great. Cafes offer good food. Rooms are huge with lots of natural light but they do lack decor. They could use some art on the walls.
