Enjoy privacy and quality time with your family and friends in this 4 bedr and 4.5 bathr villa - our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, or even 10 guests if there are children in the group.
The room with 2 beds could fit 4 children, bed measurements are 1.44cm per bed! Away from husstle and busstle of busy hotels- yet close by to enjoy the same beaches and activities any hotel guest has access to! Private pool, BBQ grill-loungechairs-beach chairs-cooler-alarm-safe-WiFi-hot water-AC-we have it ALL.

This modern villa is nestled in the area of Safir, only minutes away from the best beaches in Aruba like Palm Beach and Arashi.
The home is elegant and modern and has beautiful large bedrooms.
We have 4 bedrooms which all have their own private bathroom, great closet space, are fully airconditioned and have their own TV.
Three of the bedrooms are accessable inside the house, and the 4th one is accessed by the pool.
The large living room is bright and modern, is fully airconditioned and has a comfortable sitting area with a large flat screen TV (smart TV) and a dining table with open kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to comfortably prepare meals so you can save on eating some dinners at home. We have a microwave, oven, double fridge + ice cube machine, blender, coffee machine, tea maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the pots and pans and dishes.

The pool, which is located in the middle of the villa gives you a lot of privacy and the BBQ grill makes it fun to cook outside while your family enjoys the pool. The square area in the pool is a sitting area with jets (not heated though!).
Furthermore we have lounge chairs, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels.
We value your safety so we also have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and we have a safe so you can store your valuables.

NOTES:

We charge a USD 260 cleaning fee. This fee covers the preparation and cleaning before you arrive as well as the cleaning after you leave.
This cleaning fee needs to be paid cash upon arrival.

We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies.

We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions.
However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.
