Holiday Inn was great really Enjoyed our stay . The staff was helpful , property was clean . Rooms are a little Dated compared to newer would be the only complaint I can see someone saying but I actually loved the feel of the resort in a whole.

Several room locations at this hotel are quite noisy until around 2:00 AM. While I understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault (as the noise comes from nearby properties and the busy street), I do think the hotel should be more transparent with guests about which rooms are prone to noise and offer quieter alternatives when available. In my experience, we had to move rooms twice. Our first room faced a neighboring property that hosted loud parties all night. The hotel responded by moving us and offering a credit, which I appreciated. However, the second room faced a busy street and the town center—also very noisy. It wasn’t until the third room that we were finally able to get a restful night. What was frustrating is that the hotel staff seemed well aware of the noise issues in both previous locations. It begs the question: if I’d already lost a full night of sleep, why place me in another known noisy spot? While I appreciated the staff’s efforts to eventually make things right, I believe this situation could have been avoided with better upfront communication and room assignment. Guests deserve a heads-up if certain rooms are known to be problematic, especially when it’s a recurring issue. My hope is that other guests will read this post and discuss room location before having a night without sleep. Facility is clean and staff very friendly. Rooms need updating but are decent enough since you'll spend most the time on the beautiful beach. Location makes this a great place to stay. So much shopping and dining that's walkable. Shaded seating requires reserving the night before so please be sure to map out where you'd like to be and jump on it first thing because the sun is brutal otherwise. Went in September so I imagine busier months will rent out quickly. Would stay again though

First impression- basic hotel room -but was clean, and quiet. Only used room to shower and sleep as the beach was beautiful! Loved the easy access to beach and its amenities as well as great dining options simply across the street.

Parking is inconvenient and far. Air conditioning is not as cold as it should be. Otherwise very very good resort, all-inclusive overall.

Arubus nearby, but employees did not know about round-trip tickets or where to purchase. Staff kept ground floor clean in spite of beach and pool patrons heavy usage (Sea Tower). Our fridge worked well. Towel card was lost by staff; had to go to another towel hut for them to replace it when we returned our towels. Digitalization anyone?

The room was extremely humid despite the A/C being set to 69°F and locked. Floors smelled bad, and the bathroom had no fan or ventilation. The parking gate kept malfunctioning, and the overnight manager, Cliff, was unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, the hotel felt dated and uncomfortable. I'd recommend an Airbnb over staying here.
