The security latch on the door was not working properly and neither was the toilet. It was reported to the front desk several times but neither was addressed. We encountered many broken lounges on the beach and always needed to look for chairs that were in working conditions. Also room was not facing the beach as advertised and the room was on the building further from the main entrance. Will look to stay at a different resort when I return.

As always the resort and staff were very nice. The only thing that was not good was one of our room assignments. One of our rooms was 5750. Although the room was clean and in order, you have to deal with loud music coming from across the street until about 1am every night. Next time we will try for a room facing the gardens outside of the front desk area. We will be back!!

Rooms are old. Can use some updating. Toilets ran continuously. Stayed in a room that we heard Mumbai’s next door music till 2 am. Staff was nice and attentive. Beaches were nice however a storm brought in tons of seaweed while we were here and it was not being cleaned up very quick.

The room staff person did a great job. The lobby personnel staff was always helpful. The location of the Holiday Inn is perfect. We will come back. I want to see what deals Holiday Inn has for next January

We had such a nice stay for the second time. The hotel is clean and beautiful. We had such a nice view from our partial ocean view room. Most importantly, all of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were stuck for an extra three nights because of a snowstorm, and they were so kind, let us stay in the same room, and gave us a discounted rate for the extra nights. Hugo at the Oceanside bar was incredible. He remembered us from last time and gave us the most excellent service! Would definitely stay here again. So convenient, easy, and in the best location.

Overall a good hotel. There was a lot of noise from a nightclub across the street that kept me awake until 2am! I was 4 minutes late to yoga on my first day and was reprimanded by the yoga teacher as she didn’t have any mats left. She was unnecessarily rude. On the last day my cover-up was stolen from my sun lounger. I had gone over to the hot tub about 20 meters away, came back 10 minutes later and it was gone. No security cameras apparently. Manager tried to look for it but absolutely no offer of compensation. Despite supposedly having security guards on the grounds. Sounds awful listing all these things but overall the staff at reception and housekeeping were friendly & helpful & apart from the noise the location is good.
