The hotel staff was fantastic and friendly. The hotel is undergoing a major project so you heard drilling as you sunbathe. Also, some amenities were unavailable/not adequate for the money being spent. Location was perfect. Many restaurants were in walking distance.

We come to aruba 1-2 times a year for the last 10 years, we always stay at the same 3 resorts on the low rise but decided to try a new hotel being this was our first time without our children . A couple things that left a bad taste in our mouth , our first night there we had went to the restaurant at the hotel arriving at 9:30 which closes at 10:30. the restaurant was closed due to bad weather from earlier in the evening. Next day - the woman on the beach took our drink order , 20+ minutes passed .. long story short drinks never arrived, we got up and left. we were also unaware of the construction going on , very loud at the pool with saws machines dust , things covered in tarp & blue tape not a pretty sight.... or noises when you're trying to relax on your first solo trip kid free. On our last night, we went to the bar for quick drinks before dinner, the bartender told us we needed to order food to sit at the bar... Over all we would most likely not return back to the hilton , there are plenty of other hotels in the area and for the price we paid we were not satisfied with our first stay with them.

It’s a Hilton so you know what you’re gonna get and so far as the basic hotel amenities which they do accomplish as expected. The property is still in construction, so there’s only one smaller pool in comparison to the other hotels on Palm Beach, which will nicer on property pools. However, the beach is beautiful and the location is in the middle of everything so you can walk to get dinner every day, breakfast coffee, etc.. a little pet peeve that I have is I really love coming back to a cold room about 69° and they have an automatic regulation of the AC and it will rarely go below 72° which for me being in the hot sun of Aruba all day you wanna be able to go to sleep in colder room temperatures. The room doesn’t even allow for an option to go below 68° and even if you put it on 68° it takes forever to try to get to 70. So besides the AC situation overall very good value for the price tag.

This was my second time coming here and it’s great don’t get me wrong. But I feel the service was better the first time. The employees definitely felt more welcoming, but they were still very friendly nonetheless. There was construction going on but it honestly wasn’t that much of a bother during our stay. Be aware that there are quite a few stray dogs around the island, which may be a common but I swear I saw NO stray dogs the first time I came to Aruba. There were 2 stray dogs outside of our hotel barking and chasing a guy on his motorcycle so definitely be mindful of that if you’re taking a pet with you. They didn’t seem to bother people as they passed by they just barked at people passing by on the road either but still you never know!!

Rooms were extremely outdated filthy black vents in room rusty metal fixtures Only one pool open others under construction pool was packed with kids non stop construction noises outdoor eating was out of a food truck and the area around it wreaked of sewage

The resort is gorgeous and peaceful and extremely clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food at the resort is delicious. Restaurants and shops were right across the street from the resort. The property was perfect, and we had a wonderful trip.

Amazing- family friendly

Everyone was so nice and kind, it’s super family friendly and accommodating as well. We were a bit unsure how noisy it’ll be because of the construction but it really didn’t bother us. We stayed with our daughter (she’s 2YO) and the pool and beach were perfect for her. Will definitely recommend to everyone who is planning on staying here
