This is an excellent, modern hotel. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding. The food in the poolside restaurant and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The prices seemed high at first, but about the same as any other restaurant in Aruba, so it's not any cheaper to eat outside the hotel. The pools and jacuzzi were wonderful and cleaned every morning. The private beach was small, but convenient and the lawn chairs and cabanas were free, but you have to get there before 11:00 to find a spot. The beach was rocky when you go in the water so bring some water shoes. You can buy lotion and snacks in the hotel but they are crazy expensive so make sure you bring enough lotion with you . . . and maybe do without snacks (it's better for you anyway). I highly recommend this hotel. The service was outstanding and it is less than a mile walk from the Palm Beach area and tons of restaurants and shopping.

we were skeptical about the location of this hotel since it was our first time in Aruba. we definitely made the right decision booking in this hotel.I love love love the location of this hotel. You have no hotel in front of you so you can see the whole ocean . The pool is very clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night. They upgraded us to Ocean view without even asking bathrooms are very clean. Their bed is comfortable. The room is very spacious as well as the living room. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.❤️

The Support Staff were much better then the Reception Staff who were not very helpful and not very welcoming. The Best staff were the maids and servers in the restaurants Disappointed there was no Entertainment and not much to do at the Resort

It was an Embassy Suites as expected- BUT the service was slow...the hotel is not staffed with enough people or supplies for the number of guests it can hold. We were always in lines for check in, getting towels, the happy hour was not worth it because the lines were insane (people lined up 10 minutes before it started to avoid the Iines) & not enough food. They did not have enough bartenders on to handle the crowd, and even at the pool bar during the day, there were never enough bartenders or servers to help...even when it was slow. On our first day, there was a literal mountain of dirty glasses sitting on the bar, while it took 20 min for a Pina colada. There were always dirty cups around the pool area, not enough staff to keep it picked up throughout the day. For breakfast, the food is delicious, but there are not enough plates and silverware, people were (and us) were always looking around for plates to get food, and silverware to eat with. Also, there were not salt & pepper shakers for the tables and not enough for those that wanted them. Every morning, we and others were constantly looking (having to borrow from other tables) for salt and pepper shakers. Tables were slowly cleaned, but again, seems like a staffing issue. Overall, the location is good, DO NOT expect much from the beach, it's across the street and the very rocky. Stay here if you want to be by a pool. The sun is intense, I wish there was a cover over part of the kiddie pool, it's in direct sun all day.

The people who work here really MAKE Embassy Suites SO WONDERFUL!! They all work EXTREMELY HARD to make you happy and give excellent service. The hot tub was a deciding factor for us and was THE BEST hot tub we have ever experienced. The pool is EQUALLY INCREDIBLE large lavish. Our suite was everything we needed and more. Really cannot say enough GREAT things about Embassy Suites Hilton Aruba Resort. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! God Bless.....

There are other much better properties in Aruba! This can be a more affordable option, however it’s not right on the beach and close to the shopping area like the others. The rooms are very nice and clean. The food excluding breakfast was very expensive and pretty disappointing flavor wise! We bought food twice and never again because we didn’t like it.

Room was advertised as pool / ocean view. The room we received was ground level with a view of a palm tree. The room cleaning service was terrible; we didn’t get a room make up service until 4:00 pm. The “free” breakfast each day was crowded and awful. The wait staff were inattentive; birds flew into the dining area and picked at unattended plates. Disgusting.

The hotel is super. The service excellent and staff is very kind. The cons stay on the price of the food, but is in line with other places in the island. Expensive.

This is an amazing new hotel. Great for those who need a wheelchair accessible vacation for older folks or somewhere safe for younger families. Breakfast goes until 11. There is a happy hour and courtesy snacks in the afternoon for all guests! And with meal prices being what they are in Aruba it is a nice gesture to help balance out the budget on longer stays. Lots of restaurants are in walking distance. It is also a major plus there is onsite laundry available for free! Just buy your washing pods at the Red Sail shop. The only cons which weren’t even cons is that the beach is across the road. Use the beautifully decorated tunnel for safe crossing. You also get free beach chairs there. The second, is the menu variety is limited if for some reason you choose to eat only at the hotel. All in all I highly recommend this location!
