The property is exceptionally clean and beautiful, with spacious rooms, good closet storage, and daily housekeeping. However, the beach in front is very rocky and not very swimmable. Thankfully, Eagle Beach and Palm Beach are just a short distance away. Eagle Beach is clean and lovely, but the water is colder than expected. If you stay here, I would recommend renting a vehicle. The inside bartenders are great, while the outside bartenders seem newer, very nice, but we had a few small issues with incorrect charges and inconsistent drink quality. That said, the daily happy hour from 5:00–6:30 PM with two free drinks per person is a nice perk. The on-site restaurant is expensive and underwhelming, but Palm Beach offers plenty of great dining nearby. While I really liked the resort itself, if I had to do it again, I’d probably stay at the Hilton in Palm Beach to be directly on a swimmable beach.

Beautiful new property off of the main strip. Quiet private beach and in between Eagle and Palm beach. Large hot tub and free available floats. Also, beach chairs with back pack option available for $5 a day. The hotel staff was rude with very little food options. Bar closes at 11pm with little entertainment.No swim up pool bar.

The beach was a disappointment But otherwise the property, staff and their helpfulness was magnificent. Twice the room was skipped by housekeeping and we had to call a few tomes to get it resolved. Room 719. We had no sign on the door. That dropped you from 5 stars Look forward to seeing you next year

The pool is very nice. Complimentary Breakfast and drinks were a very good bonus. On the bad side, we were offered a room early for an extra fee, otherwise we had to wait until 4 pm to checkin. If a room is ready, it would seem to me there is no harm in allowing us to checkin? The lobby personnel is very rude.

Overall the hotel was good, staff was good, breakfast was good but a concern is usage of the beach cabanas which non-guests was able to occupy so if guests of the hotel cannot use beach cabanas this could be a problem when its high season. The restroom by the beach access area the floor was wet one day by the water fountain either from the fountain or sprinkler and I fell but not seriously hurt so the floor has to be mop up. Another issue is the elevator floor was dirty by guests dropping food or wet floor on the elevator floor and was not clean or mop up even the next day.

I like that the resort is quiet and not crowded at the beach. It is very clean. The ocean front room with pergola is great. Best room to watch sunset. Ordered room dining and enjoyed the view.
