We loved everything about the stay. The staff were extremely friendly. The pool area was the best! Complimentary snacks and drinks at 5pm were a splendid bonus.

Do recommend! Staff is very friendly & helpful. Hotel is well maintained & it’s in a quiet & safe location. Close to the beach, many restaurants & bars. Breakfast is pretty good with plenty of options to choose from & the complimentary happy hour drinks were a plus. Definitely returning soon.

Central location great if you have a car .loved the breakfast buffet , happy hour drinks and apples .Small beach with across the road or just take the tunnel .The room was clean .wonderful pool with cabanas .lots of amenities , Good gift shop .

Excellent! I read some reviews about the staff issues at this place, but I didn't find any issues at all. Every staff member I met and spoke with during the visit was very pleasant, including the room service staff. I really could not complain about them. The room was spectacular. Spotless. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Here and there, there were guests who needed some lessons in manners and etiquette, but it's not the hotel's fault. Staff could intervene at those sights, though. Some people touch food with their hands, eat with them, then put their hands back onto other foods, which is disgusting. This hotel is located between Eagles and Palm beach so both were easily accessible. However, we rented a car, so the distances didn't matter too much. I would say a good 15-minute walk to each one. There is a small private beach in front of the Embassy, which was plenty sufficient for my family. Palm Beach, when we visited, was noisy with people and construction. Parking in the back of the hotel was very convenient for us. No problem at all. The pool was a beautiful spot to relax in. We went every night. The blue lights were mesmerizing, and the jacuzzi was a huge plus. People tend to ignore the rules and smoke in the pool area. Security should intervene and stop them. I've noticed a number of occasions where security ignored them. Overall, lovely staff and hotel. I would go again.

Our partial ocean view suite was beautiful? The room was very nice, balcony was big and the view beautiful,the shower was so nice and big, the whole bathroom was big,the beds were very comfortable.We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and omelette station.The pool is big and clean.There's a small beach across the street, but we would just walk to Eagles beach20min.or walk to dinner near palm beach 15min.,It would be great with a car!

This property is well worth the money. It is so clean and well maintained. The resort feels like a true Caribbean getaway. The pool area is kept spotless and there are plenty of chairs, cabanas, room in the pool, etc for all guests. Breakfast is incredible too!!! The staff were all so friendly. Every single interaction we had was positive. We are already planning on our next trip back- we will be staying here again!!!
