Wonderful hotel right on the beach! Pool and hot tubs were spotless, swim up bar was perfect- especially loved the soft sandy beach. Room had all the amenities including washer dryer combo (took 5 hours for a load but did the job). We enjoyed the kitchen as well - beautiful views- definately recommend!!

If I return to Aruba.. I will likely stay at Divi Phoenix again. It was kinda perfect. Walking to restraints and nightlife. Great pools. Great beach. Didn’t have to ever fight for a chair. Room was great. Only nitpick.. the washer/dryer in room is not worth using…don’t plan on that. But other than that.. dive phoenix lived up to our expectations. And we did recon on the other high rise hotels in area…still glad we picked ours.

Perfect resort for us! The only resort I found where the pool is open 24/7. Not crowded or party type crowd, very family friendly and clean. Beach is away from all the water activities so peaceful and not too crowded but close enough to walk to if you're doing them. Palapas always available and hammocks on the beach we're so relaxing. Karaoke Thurs night was a blast! My only complaint was 10am checkout with no flexibility for a late checkout. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and very clean, and the staff did an amazing job keeping up with messy guests. The only reason I rated this hotel 3 stars instead of 4 is that our room, although spacious and accommodating, had a strong mold smell. This odor significantly impacted our stay each time we entered the room. I contacted the front desk, and they provided a dehumidifier, but it wasn't sufficient to eliminate the smell. My husband had to empty the dehumidifier several times during our stay. We informed the front desk about the ongoing issue, and they said they would talk to a manager, but nothing was done afterward. While the room was nice and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning, maintenance responded promptly to fix a minor toilet clog, and address issues with the TV and microwave, the persistent mold smell needs to be resolved. The hotel has great potential, but it must address this odor issue to truly enhance the guest experience.

Staying here for a second time. The management did a phenomenal job with a surprise for my birthday. Great room in the renovated building. Amazing staff! Thank you! You helped us make some great family memories. Property grounds were clean and the restaurants were good. Beach was great and walking distance to the hot spots. Very safe.

Everything was great! I do wish there was more entertainment or at least later but the bartenders and wait staff were AMAZING when the restaurant and bar were open. It’s considered a resort but it’s more like a condo community with amenities than a resort. Overall the place was great and I would stay here again

Front desk staff not very friendly when we checked in, didn’t offer anything even after mentioning the VIP upgrade. The concierge staff was nice and made sure we received the VIP perks, we got the wine which is part of the upgrade next day. The manager was helpful as well. The hot tub where we stayed at didnt work, no cold water, only hot water. Food overall was really good, deli staff was sort of rude & rushing people when placing coffee orders.
