Parking is extremely limited! Also apparently children need to have ID, even a 1 year old. They take a copy of your passport and don't give the copy back to you. The room was nice, the bathroom wall though, is fogged glass so when you are in the room, you can see the silhouette of the other person in the shower. I didn't like it since i was there with family, not an intimate partner. The bed was comfortable, big TV. We did have to go down to check in to get the password for WiFi. It.was nowhere in the room posted, or outside and also not on our key card. We called the front desk 3 times and nobody answered, so we went downstairs to ask.

The cleanliness was great. My only issue was staff was not friendly at all with the exception of Jose. Most of them were rude, not kind, and not friendly esp when you had a concern. I will not be staying at this resort again as there are better options out there.

I may have been spoiled when we stayed here two years ago but it’s no longer the same. The males at the front were not interested in our questions or even helping us. As an example after the first night there, our babies socks, knees, and hands were all black, I attempted to tell the male at the front, who brushed me off and wrote the room number on a post it. That night the room was still in the same condition and the baby was all dirty. We wrote a note for the cleaning crew and they washed the floors. The carpet in the room though was still filthy and must have been left there during renovations as the doors knobs and counters were full of white dust. On our 3rd morning we went to breakfast and were sat at a table. Before we could sit the waitress came over and yelled at me that I can’t just sit where I want and when I want and to get up and move. I told her the hostess sat us and she said to move until she’s ready. Then she yelled at the hostess the entire breakfast. The next morning they couldn’t handle the breakfast rush and shut down the omelette line, unless you were Spanish, and they kept making them. The next day breakfast was a mess, without plates or food. The pool crew and the outdoor bar crew however were still a great time and very friendly! Don’t forget Carlos at the front that is a blast, great person, and always willing to help!

Great modern rooms. Breakfast buffet is really good and included in our package daily. Some live music that’s soothing with smaller crowds. Great for a relaxing time, calm energy, for couples. As a young couple, we could’ve enjoyed a more interactive activity lineup in the resort.
